John at SPV, and his team, provided an unprecedented level of care and service for me. I ordered the Rigid ARB Bumper Kit and they included some upgraded parts along with an explanation of why they took action. The Rigid wiring harness was not plug and play but the upgraded parts addressed the issue. SPV also explained their own separate upgraded Plug and Play cables which I then ordered. Really over the top and superb!

Due to issues with the manufacturer there needed to be a change in order to use this part right now. The manufacturer is in the process of correcting the issue but not in the time we needed the part. Specialty Performance Parts customer service was able to come up with a solution quickly and effectively. Took care in our needs and expedited shipping to accommodate our time frame.
