To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Our policy lasts 21 days from date of delivery. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not installed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Keep in mind, components of kits that are not otherwise sold individually on our site cannot be returned on their own seperately from the kit in which they were purchased. 

We do not accept returned products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Vehicle Computer Handheld Vehicle Programmers (Ex: SCT, Diablosport, etc)
  • PCM Calibration Devices (ex: Dashbridge CX)
    • [Note: The Dashbridge CX devices are available to Rental and would receive a full refund of the deposit once returned. This would apply to any such device if it is a "Rental/Loaner" based on the stated amount of the deposit to secure it.]
  • Calibration Vouchers, and kits including them (Ex: Roush Calibration Numbers/Cards, Performance Pacs, Supercharger kits etc)
  • Custom Made to Order Items (ie ADD Bumpers), Limited Edition vehicle conversion kits Ex: "The Roush Bronco R Conversion Kit", "Limited Run Pre/Re-Order", "Last Call Preorders" and Discontinued items.
  • Clearanced Items
  • Most "Oversized Freight" items

Our Return Policy also excludes any and all Addictive Desert Designs products listed on our web-store.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your item is defective, or you have not recieved it yet due to a backorder. Please contact us at 317-934-6778 or email at info@spvparts.com prior to sending back. If it hasn't been received, we need to cancel it, not refund it.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@spvparts.com.

Clearance/Discontinued/Open box items
Unfortunately clearance items, or open box items, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spvparts.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Warranty
All Products are sold AS/IS and any Warranties are expressly provided by the manufacturer of that specific product if available. If beyond the SPV Parts return window, please contact that manufacturer directly for information on warranty or replacement service. 

NOTE: The system is set up to authorize a return number for simplicity to make returns simple for our customers. However, it is up to you to read the return policy and time limits. If you send an item back that is used, damaged, opened, without original packaging, or past the 21 days, it will be returned to you at your expense.

We understand that it isn't your fault if the shipping carrier takes longer than the 21 days and we also won't hold against you the time on an item that may be on a backorder. This is why the 21 day return policy starts from the date of receipt as determined by the tracking number, rather than starting on the date of purchase. If you send back an item beyond the 21 day since receipt of the item without reaching out to us, then we refuse the right to refuse it and return it to you at your expense.

 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no restocking fees for most exchanges or for most returns done for an in-store credit
  • All returns requested for a refund to the original form of payment are subject to a 10% restocking fee when not due to an error on our part. We do try to be as accomodating as possible, so if there is a way around this fee, we will do what we can to assist (ie: exchanges and returns for store credit).
  • If your return specifies you want a refund rather than store credit or exchange, the restocking fee will automatically be deducted from the refund total. Please contact us ahead of time for instances where you are unsure of how to proceed. 
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee over and above the standard 10% on certain items per specific manufacturer's terms and conditions when not produced by SPV Parts. Please feel free to ask us ahead of time if this is a concern.
  • Original shipping charges from free-shipping promotions are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • If your item is defective, or if it was sent in error by SPV Parts, please contact us and we will try to accomodate you with a prepaid return label. From there, we can offer a replacement or exchange.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • If we receive a returned item that is not in original unused/uninstalled condition. We may return it to you at your expense, or at our discretion charge a minimum 25% restock fee.
